The rating prizes for the D-group will be awarded to the best performing players with a rating of (1) 1600 or lower and (2) 1550 or lower. These prizes are not shared - regular tiebreak rules apply. Estimated ratings ("Est.Rat.") are also not considered - since the actual rating of these players is 0, they qualify for both rating prizes.
